  1. That looks like the early to mid Seventies uniform of the White Sox. If it’s not in Florida, I’d guess that the Braves were playing the Chisox in the Hall Of Fame game.

  2. Isn’t ’74 the year that Goose Gossage was, amazingly, the second most talented pitcher in the White Sox bull pen? Yes, fellow Braves fans, Terry Forster, a hard throwing lefty, who was later to play several roles in Braves’ history, was the top relief man on the ’74 White Sox.
