Bring it, Chipper!

Sorry, Chip, had to watch replay of the Buffalo-UGA tilt on TV and then catch up on all the high school games I DVR’d.

Actually, the announced attendance of 16,686 was far from the worst in baseball Tuesday night and, considering how poorly they played, the Braves should be happy there were few witnesses.

On the other hand, the Rays drew about a 1,000 more, albeit with the Yankees in town and a division title yet to be decided. I’m sure 15,000 of them were rooting for the Bombers.

Golden Age, eh Bud?

Who want to see arguing over balls and strikes, stepping out of boxes and mounds, and watch wet sandwiches drink 7$ plastic beers and obsessing over Facebook.
I thought the home crowd has been loud lately. How did Jair lose it? Why not replace Christians role with Jair? I think Simmons will have a Shawon Dunstin career, does he stick? Finally are the Braves brass stupid enough to hire Chippers mind and is Moylan druid enough to bind?

Woah. I think the Office has finally found its savant. All hail Jason.

  3. Jason, are you OK?

  4. I think Moylan is Australian.

Ah think Jason sounds very much like a fundamentalist preachuh who used to make a stop in Lilbuhn, always speaking in tongues.

  6. meh. just meh.

    I hate September.

On the upside, Chipper appears to be a natural at twitter, unless Dimino is tweeting for him.

  8. Who cares whether Jason is OK? The question is, is he any relation to Jeff?

That’s a well-made point. Tampa Bay has an interesting team with excellent starting pitching. They have enough of everything else to go all the way, and the Yankees don’t intimidate them. They would be a great team to watch and root for.
