Open thread, 4/10, Braves vs. John Felskes

D. Lowe needs to step up and erase Saturday’s ugliness. Time for Dan Uggla to step up as well, with lefty Cole Hamels on the mound for Philly.

    urp.

  2. Judging from the box score, I’m glad I wasn’t able to watch the game. Never thought I’d say this, but Lowe is getting jobbed by our offense.

I sure am glad we got Terry Pendleton out of the hitting coach’s seat. It’s been smoooooooth sailing on offense this year.

That was … almost exactly like the 2-0 April loss to the Phillies I saw last year, except it was Hamels pitching instead of Halladay, and Sunday was Shane Victorino Day.

Nice crowd, though. I can’t remember people getting excited over runner advancement or trading a run for outs.
